But, it demonstrates the level of thinking that you put into it, so in this case, it’s disturbing, but educational. It’s probably important to remember what credibility you might get (or lose) with … whatever this is… but anything that is said/done in public. Everything someone puts their name or identity on is part of their ethos. And either we accept that, own that, and build some level of good intent for all involved, or… we end up looking like the mean-spirited people think we might be. It’s a choice.
I agree not much thinking went into the Tiktok video. It didn't require deep thought, just a sense of humor and an acknowledgement of the derision Concerned deserves. Richly deserves.
It is good to see that people want to bring a community together instead of spreading … derision? I don’t know what you mean by “Concerned,” unless you mean the blog? But, since I don’t know who writes that, I cannot speculate on their intent, however, as one who has read it—I don’t see derision for anything except violating the law and bylaws of a public service (the library, the courts). If you see derision in the blog, then I don’t know where that comes from, but okay. By all Means, let’s all respond with a childish, silly video. That elevates the conversation… (it doesn’t).
It shows a level of low-intellect behavior found throughout this blog. They don’t have anything intelligent to say so they lash out. It’s like a toddler throwing a tantrum or a board member making aggressive slashing motions across his throat when he doesn’t want to hear what someone has to say. I’ll bet he does that at home, too.
Little Tammy Sue, comes to Muse, but her ideas are stale like the last fry in a McD’s bag; her sisters are all blisters on Marx’s rear. She whines and moans, and is unknown, we have no concern, she can’t seem to learn, she’s a troll, with far too many moles.
Well, since you now think the blog is being written by someone "on the inside" you know it can't be me. I wish I could take credit. It's important that the community know what trustees are up to.
Is that you? Very classy.
ReplyDeleteIs that you? Classy.
ReplyDeleteWhy deleting comments?
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who finds this video both disturbing, yet enlightening about the level of thought that this blog is putting forth?
ReplyDeleteIn general, I tend to avoid disturbing videos. Perhaps you should, too.

Living rent-free in your head. You spent all day thinking about this. RTWO spent 10 minutes making it.
DeleteYou’re entitled to your opinion.
DeleteI don’t know whose head RTWO thinks they are living in—mine? One of the other anonymous commenters? 🤷♂️
DeleteSeriously? It took you 10 minutes to come up with no coherent thought? Good lord. Slower than I thought.
Y'all are so much alike. ;-)

ReplyDeleteIronic.
DeleteI'm glad the video is available so people can decide for themselves.
Yikes. 😱 a board member did that?
DeleteJust admit it, you have a crush on bearded white guys who are assertive.
ReplyDeleteAt least you didn't defend your husband's behavior as he himself did. Thank you for that. But seriously, are you safe?
DeleteYou misspelled abusive
DeleteI encourage everyone to watch the video and decide for themselves.

Hey, I heard my name. What did I miss?

ReplyDeleteYes, and the board meetings and videos are a great place to be informed. Anonymous blogs, on the other hand...
DeleteThanks for playing. Let's move on now.
